There´s no long term strategy. Everything is prone to last minute alterations. Work atmosphere is good on the surface, but go even a little deeper and you´ll breath in toxic fumes. Marketing, sales and communications departments are struggling with unfillable promises given to customers and nobody is taking responsibility.
