Toxic and Non-conducive work environment, in particularly the Finance Team, raising voice at new hire openly. Lack policy and guidelines. Very low salary and extremely long working hours. Management abruptly reduced headcount by 50%, from 2 to 1 headcount in a department resulting in extending hours of work, 7 days a week, including Public Holiday. Unprofessional Finance Team, very unsupportive, unwilling to share SOP, waiting for every opportunity for new hire to make mistake. It's unfortunate that the Finance Team seem to thrive on catching new colleagues' mistakes and making them appear more significant than they are. Despite the emphasis on diversity and inclusion in today's workplace, raising one's voice at a subordinate is still prevalent at Valtech Singapore, which is concerning.
