Pros
The culture of the company is very rare to find in a state like Gujarat. I've worked for MNC's before coming to VCS. Honestly, i didn't find much of a difference. VCS treats their employees like a family. In all ups-downs they stick together.
Cons
Nothing as such is a big con or a big "NO" to work for VCS. Like all companies, VCS has a few flaws here and there but that won't really matter once you see the bigger picture.
