Pros

None at all stay far away from this place

Cons

the work environment at your Carrollton tx location you just merged with is very unprofessional. The company Christmas party consisted on drink alcohol on the property and sex toys as gifts. the former owner Chris Shaw advised the staff that any bid that come in under his name to change to the name of Amy Shaw because there was a conflict of interest but the main problem is Amy Shaw is not an employee this is UNETHICAL on all levels and if this is not addressed I will be going to the media and exposing this company for all their unethical practices.

Pros

-Everybody seems to be very nice to each other for the most part. -The work I did was very simple. -We had office cats that lived in the office. They are adorable. -I haven't been around long enough to search for advancement in the company but I do believe it exists. -DONUTS ON MONDAY'S

Cons

-The work that I was exposed to was overly easy. I finished my work remarkably quickly and ended up waiting around for more work to present itself (like I am doing right now). -The pay was terrible. Not possibly to live off long term. -The office smells like smoke all day long. Everyone that works here smokes cigarettes. -The computers that we use are very slow. I looked up the set up that I use. It is a package deal, that computer itself and the monitor cost $150 as a bundle. -Whenever I am given a task that I do not yet know how to do the explanation of the task is very minimal. I mostly have to figure out what to do on my own.
