      Pros

      easy to get promoted if you have the correct education if non white and whites get promoted with no education. Family run business.

      Cons

      Leadership change required, CEO too involved, no opportunity for others to think for themselves. Time management is excessive and employees are suspected for everything. Very little training provided if not safety. Remuneration not market related.

      Company hired us to complete a run. They misrepresented the job, load amount and have not returned calls due to cancelled load. the individual broker says they sent new confirmation but never once has anything been received and he fails to respond. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
