      Pros

      Good exposure to sales related career, only for experienced people, will survive.

      Cons

      Worst is the BAS, the head of the team(But there is no team there except one person) is from sales, he doesn't understand anything technical and manipulates everything to showcase the POC to the customer. Always patch up work, indirectly spoiling the company name by making false promises to the customer.

      Valuable experience. Some opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Many positions require working a significant amount of overtime. Pay is low.
