- At far end of Noida (Sector 65), commuting and can be a hassle (deducted a point from work-life balance for this) - Industrial area location..not very motivating - Gender ratio skewed towards males (maybe because of nature of industry) - You can be stuck in a not so satisfactory pay package if you don't negotiate well - Open office architecture - not everyone may like it - No cafeteria in office and no good cafe or restaurant at a walking distance
