      - If you have decent skills/experience from the start you will have better chance to grow - Religious community - Chill atmosphere - Decent amount of workload/minimum amount of forced overtime - Full WFH (shifting into half-week WFO soon)

      - Slow career growth as a fresh graduate - Low to average salary - Unclear conditions for promotion from contracted to permanent employment
