      Pros

      I simply love the mission to help people creating value faster by making sure that product management is implemented as profit center that leads the company to success. Also it is wonderful to work with so many talented product people.

      Cons

      No real con 😊 it is a challenge that we are purely remote and building relationships takes longer than before the pandemic, but we are managing quite well with regular offsites so far
