Pros

First class organization! I am in my first week so this review is about the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process. Paul Smith did a great job as the recruiter who reached out to me on LinkedIn. Throughout the process he was always available when I would email or shoot a quick DM on LinkedIn (Big Thanks!). The interview process was a Zoom call for interview #1 and an in person interview for interview #2 that included a tour of the facility that the company owns and operates. This is also the location that Valuetainment records the PBD podcast at. It's a fun atmosphere, the culture is larger than life like the founder Patrick Bet-David! He was nice enough to take time to meet with us on our first day, for some personal conversation and a warm handshake. Keep in mind this is a very busy man who is connected at the highest level of influence worldwide. The training is a 30 day process that will challenge you and push you to become the best version of yourself! We believe in hard work and this is a GROWTH focused organization. I am at the ground level of something special. Big thanks, much gratitude! #TheFutureLooksBright #100

Cons

Nothing so far, I am brand new, as stated above this is about the new hire interview process and first 30 days of sales training.

Pros

Fully supports innovation, high standards, mission / vision oriented, everyday is a new suprise, family like environment/culture

Cons

If you are not bought into the culture, you will not be a fit here. Being an employee here is being apart of something bigger than yourself.

Pros

In the source of truth, there are a lot of pros working here. From understanding everyone has blind spots including myself, to receiving not just motivation but strategies that some companies pay thousands of dollars to be a part of. You inclusively feel like you are part of a movement and a company that has a lot of vision. PBD has a huge following and respect in the industry so there is alot to learn and take from when it comes to business acumen here. Management and peers drive together and make sure you are not left behind and are not afraid to call areas that need improvement. Company is growing and constantly looking for people to step up. Personal Development is a big driver here so be ready to be challenged to find your next you.

Cons

From Day 1 it is known that there is no work/life balance, there is work/life integration. Not a bad thing if you are looking for this, as company drives with family values. Not just you, but your family will need to be bought in to the mission and what your goals are here with this company. It is "Highly encouraged" to come on weekends so do not expect this to be a 9-6. There will be alot of early mornings but more late nights. It is normal to put in 12 hour days including a few hours every Saturday. The commission structure is slow to ramp up and see it beneficial if you are able to outlast the first year.
