The company is at the peak of innovation. It's super nimble and stuff gets done quickly. Since the buyout from private equity things have gotten much better. Management is much more stable under Angus Hume than it was under the previous management.

It can be long hours and the pay could be better. The previous owner was aggressive. Things are a lot better now.

It’s a nice place with a friendly culture. The research team are super smart and helpful.

Pay and bonuses could be better.
