Good pay raises when you do a well and beyond satisfaction cleaning job. Flexible with part time employees hours. Always willing to look for improvement.
Cons
Expect to work each shift you are scheduled to work that evening. Some nights if your working alone, it does get boring. But you are aloud to listen to music or the radio while working!
