      Pros

      Vanguard is trully employee focused. Whether you are there as a contractor of as a full time employee, they are really good to their employees and seek to do what is in the employees best interest. They have a number of quality work/life programs that demonstrate their dedication and concern for the well being of their employees.

      Cons

      My only challenge working there was the commute from South Jersey to Valley Forge, PA. There is no good time to be on Rte 76.
