      1. Good environment. Everybody is enjoying the comfortable atmosphere here. 2. No office politics. Everyone can focus on work, other than office politics. 3. The employees can learn a lot here. Company's business is expanding so fast, everyone has the opportunity to learn a lot and make a huge self-improvement.
