      Pros

      When I started here it was a dream company.

      Cons

      Bad management. All the upper management cover each other. They don't care about the employees at all. They are comfortably well paid for some shiny job. So they ignore their problem. And they blame and put pressure on the people who do the most work. Bad product. It used to be the best on the market. But their most recent product doesn't even fully function. Everything that's said here on this page is true. Please don't waste your time and energy on this company. If you are interested in this company you are probably a very well-educated engineer. You'll find something else. This is NOT your dream company.

      Pros

      Work life balance, including managers that come in for like four hours a day. Travel is fun and the team has a good energy to it. Finland HR is wonderful.

      Cons

      The company isn’t doing well at all. Management all knew each other before getting hired so there’s an inappropriate bias at that upper level. Desperate to hit an unattainable quota. People leave and the position doesn’t get replaced. Micromanaging of account executives. No career path because they can’t hire or need new headcount. Managers get title changes and promotions while the rest of the team struggles to get by since they never can hit quota. All the best employees in the US and Helsinki have left.
