      While I was at Vault49 we went through an intense period of growth, it was an unforgettable experience. The team at Vault49 are passionate and compassionate, as well as impressively talented. It's an atmosphere that will push you to excel and make you some incredible relationships along the way. We tried to push the boundaries of what an agency could become for it's clients and employees and I believe it has succeeded. If you are thinking about joining Vault49 I encourage you to have a look at their spaces in New York and London and meet the team, it speaks more to the culture and ambition than I can here.

      Cons

      Rapid growth is intense and comes with inherent challenges. Vault49 managed to keep a humble attitude throughout its success and has a long standing team that feels like family.

      Pros

      An amazing group of people to work with. Everyone leaves their ego at the door and collaborates to create incredible work. Behind the scenes, it runs like a well-oiled machine that still manages to seek out and find room for improvement. There is always someone to speak to regarding any concerns, including the leadership team which is always available and truly care for those that work for them - both past and present. They let you take charge of your own career growth and do all they can to nurture it. The culture is unmatched. There are social activities and events that cater to many different interests, and they definitely demonstrate an inclusive environment. There is very little turnover, which speaks for itself.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it's a fast-paced and hardworking group of people, who still manage to have fun! If that isn't your thing, it may not be your place.
