Pros

Vaya has remote options available.

Cons

Promotions occur only if you are friends with upper management. Insurance will cost you $10k a year if you have one dependent, so factor that into your pay. State benefits just increased in January too. You will also be required to give several hundred a month to state retirement, regardless, and in order to access that retirement, you must stay with the company over 5 years. Raises and promotions are non-existent unless you know someone already working at the company. Work-life balance is non-existent, and accommodations will be denied.

Pros

Transparent and supportive leadership from executive level down. They responded in such a supportive way after Hurricane Helene and remain transparent during uncertain times.

Cons

My whole team is remote; while I love remote work and have the opportunity to connect virtually, I miss seeing everyone in person on a regular basis.

Pros

The pay is decent enough Co-workers are supportive

Cons

Leadership don't have a clue. If it makes sense, you can be sure it won'tget done; if it makes no sense whatsoever, you can be sure it will get done. It's like the blind leading the blind. There is a lot of favortism, everyone is not held to the same standards. If you do your job, make one mistake and you will be on the chopping block, Do hardly nothing at all, and you are completely safe. Oh, and by the way, I hope you are confident in your experience, because you won't receive any training.
