Pros
They have a friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork. They take an interest in your development for whatever job area in which you work. They appreciate a good work ethic and reward it by going over and above to provide assistance to their employees.
Cons
I sincerely have nothing negative to say about Vector. I've recently had to leave my position and relocate to another company. They've been nothing but helpful and supportive to me even though I am no longer with the company. It was a wonderful company to work for.
