      Pros

      Moved from a Home Health Care IT role to working in a much larger environment after they bought the program from the Home Health Care entity. Learned more there in 1yr than i had in the 4.5 years at in the previous roll. Was also able to help educate the current staff that had little experience in HHC with my experience.

      Cons

      Owner brings too much of personal life to the job.

      Working from home and decent pay

      Cons

      There is little to no job security, with all of the executive and management team showing very little to no professionalism. Many people have been getting laid off out of nowhere. You will not get proper training or a positive work environment. It is very evident they do not care about you. Also I am pretty sure a lot of the positive reviews on here are from the management team.
