      The compensation at VCG is above average for the HIT industry and the executives have all been consultants in the industry they serve so they understand the needs of their clients and consultants better than most.

      Cons

      I have been with VCG for over 2 years and I have no complaints yet. I enjoy the freedom this job provides.
