      Flexible hybrid arrangement and work life balance. Summer Fridays off. Interface with knowledgeable coworkers and researchers.

      Cons

      Unclear organizational strategy and vision. Very limited opportunities for growth in title or compensation. Sometimes moves at a snail’s pace. Offers indirect and uncertain value delivery. I feel that the red tape is disproportionate to the size of the organization.
