Pros
Some of the employees are really talented, hard workers and ended up with a raw deal. The concept and business model could have worked really well.
Cons
Senior leadership (C-levels, VPs) drove this company into the ground because many were part of a friends and family network. Thus, lacking the skill set to manage a real, live company. Most are people who will never rise to such ranks anywhere else.
