Fast paced environment with some stress.

For its size, one of the most organized and structured startups I've come across in my career. During the interview process they were responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner, which is more than you can say for a lot of startups and other companies! The document scanning product is just the first step. They have one of the best engineering teams I've seen and are poised to launch new products in the coming year which will only accelerate revenue. A testament to this is their ability to support huge numbers of customers with very few engineers. The CEO believes in the team, and gives you support to achieve whatever your goals are. The founders are some of the best I've seen and have managed to scale in the right way.

A 401K would be nice!
