Pros
Some really nice people to work with. Good locations, old barn conversions and nice offices. Can earn significant money if looking for hard core sales and are prepared to sacrifice a lot. They take you on amazing trips at Christmas abroad for a weekend on a city break.
Cons
They expect a lot from you for little return. MD even admitted that you need to work there for a few years before you gain any significant bonus. Long working hours and always expecting to stay late. Hard core sales is expected and will be given a list of numbers to sit and cold call through all day! Pay is minimum salary and all based on commission. They tend to hire the younger generation with no previous experience so they can mould you and train you as they wish which can work for some but many fail after a few months as they can't hack it. Benefits are poor, minimum holiday allowance and pension and nothing else.
