Pros

I wish I could tell you but really there is nothing good about this company.

Cons

The owner is a tyrant and will flip on you in a hot second. Pay is low, treats his employees like children.

Pros

I have worked for Vector Technical for the past six years in an Account Management / Recruitment Role and absolutely love it! I had no experience in the industry when I first started, and Vector’s leadership/management team invested both time and money into helping me build my skillset and establishing a true career. There are growth and advancement opportunities for those who want it and work for it. I was able to experience several positions within this company until finding my niche with nothing but support from the team. We have a collaborative “family” like team that works together to achieve common goals and tasks, and cheer and support everyone’s individual goals as well. (Everyone's hard work never goes unnoticed) The team morale here is truly amazing. The team prides itself on helping others through gainful employment and has heavy involvement in the community from helping / mentoring at high schools in our area or through volunteering with various charities. Leadership/Management is easy to talk to and always willing to listen with an open mind, always offering a helping hand or great words of advice. Vector’s owner has nothing but respect for his team and genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I enjoy coming into work every day and feel very lucky and thankful for my position here at Vector Technical.

Pros

literally just getting paid the measly amount that they offer

Cons

-Archaic 8-5 in-office schedule that offers no flexibility. -Poor benefits and time-off policy -Extreme micromanaging -Very low pay and commission structure is unfair -You are stagnant in your role, there are zero advancement opportunities. -Alot of cold-calling (they tell you no cold calling when you get hired) -Extremely high turnover with employees in the office (no job stability) -Employees FEAR giving feedback. -Very poor work/home life balance (They say you need to be "available" after hours or even before hours for a candidate or client) -Office manager and owner are dating each other, and HR is owner's best friend -Unethical/dishonest work practices -Very uncomfortable and hostile work environment created by management.
