Pros
Growing extremely quickly. Willing to iterate quickly and okay with mistakes in the interest of progress. Lots of grace when things are imperfect. Unlimited vacation. Higher than average pay. The future is extremely bright in almost every regard.
Cons
Exhaustingly bloated tech stack. Almost impossible to get anything done because of overlapping teams. Lots of controlling personalities trying to influence other departments. Middle management seems apathetic leading to disorganization.
