Here at Vectornate USA, we have strive to make sure each employee feels wanted and provide them with the opportunity to bring their unique abilities to the team and provide them with the best tools to be successful in their given roles.
As per our company handbook, we do specify what the employee benefits are and when they are made available to everyone. To reiterate, we have a 90 day probationary period where we use this time to conduct month to month reviews. At the completion of this probationary period, each successful candidate becomes eligible to participate in our company benefits. We encourage all employees to leave reviews since this helps us improve in certain areas but we always ask that each employee leave an unbiased review.
