      Pros

      Maybe you can improve English skills if you are not a native speaker. Frankly, you can expand scopes that you never want to be at for your career.

      Cons

      100% sure '0' technology. They DO NOT have their own technology, it's just a distributor. Almost, 0 benefit, minimum of salary. The employer is insulting. He's a trash mouth.

      Good morning. In an effort to understand you better, would you be able to clarify your comments? We strive to be as engaged as possible with our staff both current and former. Regarding our inventory, we do have our own manufacturing facility where we assemble our products. I also wanted to touch on your comments regarding our current benefits so there is no confusion. We do provide many benefits for our employees. Health Insurance (where employer covers 70% of the premium), Paid time off, Sick time off, Paid company holidays and bonuses. Along with those benefits we also have company lunches and dinners which assists in our team building efforts. I am sorry you feel this way and would be happy to discuss your review further.       Pros

      Working here can get boring for people who don't intent to move up. Management is interested in expansion in its market and they know what needs to be done. If you are a challenging person, this company is the right place. Roles could change all the time so It would be very challenging but It encourages you grow up and get a lot of opportunities as well. What I love most about working at Vectornate is being surrounded by smart, good people. you will form a camaraderie among peers and learn a lot from them. Vectornate has Korea office, Miami office, and LA office. Working with the driven, self-motivated people will be a good opportunity.

      Cons

      But we have telephone communication with each other every day. So feedbacks are immediately reflected and ideas are integrated easily. Vectornate is not a startup company, but NJ office is just setted up. You need to be nimble and faced with many rewrites of the system.
