Pros
Fruit in the office, eco mission of company, great product (mostly), cycle to work scheme. IT department always helpful and fast when something goes wrong.
Cons
Terrible culture, there are many employees that are original staff from when the company first started who seem to call all the shots. As a result they don't want to change and do things diffently even though the business is getting bigger and bigger. There is a bullying culture when someone is disliked (for no reason) and people get shunted out when their face doesn't fit. Working in Customer service has to be the most boring role and is little more than an admin role. Little or no training on composting or the product you are selling.
