Pros
The people are honestly the best part of working here. Coworkers across departments are helpful, collaborative, and genuinely want to see each other succeed. If you run into an issue, someone will usually step in to help get it resolved quickly
Cons
Despite branding itself as a startup, Vehlo operates like a traditional corporate company. Benefits are minimal rigid insurance and holiday policies, no stock options, and poor work-life balance. Career growth is nearly nonexistent; there’s no clear path for advancement, and promotions are rare. Leadership often asks teams to do more with less, without investing in better tools or processes. Management keeps company performance metrics behind closed doors, which makes it hard to stay motivated or feel part of the bigger mission.
