      lots of opportunity, relaxed environment, access to senior management, culture appreciated new ideas and risk-taking, employees encouraged to take ownership and think about the company as their own.

      Cons

      growing pains - not a lot of processes in place, i.e. HR, inventory management, intra-office communication. some feast or famine years, as company grew.

      Management is helpful and friendly, no "subordinate" feel in the office.

      None, except I want to work from home but the job pays well

      Pros

      very few other places to work in computer manufacturing in VA

      Cons

      very litle career opportunity. senior leadership had no strategy for growth. company has big potential but it was not executed well and instead of resolving core problems, leadership chose to blame front line associates
