None that I can think of

- Solid pay for the area, especially if you bring prior experience within industry. - Retains a friendly “Mom and Pop” feel & culture even after acquisition by parent company. - HR team is more approachable and connected with employees compared to other manufacturing environments. - Quarterly bonuses are a nice touch.

- Overall pace is quite fast and stressful for a contract manufacturer. It’s common to see people moving quickly throughout the building. - Overtime is not formally required but is often expected in certain roles to keep up with deadlines and avoid Monday backlogs. - Some areas of the facility have cliquey social dynamics, which can make it more difficult to advance or integrate if you’re not part of those groups. - Documentation processes still rely heavily on paper-based systems, feeling somewhat outdated compared to modern digital standards. - There are frequent discussions about continuous improvement initiatives, but progress often moves at a snails pace or “remains” in the planning stage. - Management tends to prioritize equal treatment across the entire department so no one feels left out, which discourages and limits internal growth opportunities for standout performers.
