I've had a positive experience with Velossent. Our schedule is flexible, which is good for days you may need to work from home. Our commission is one of the most generous in our market. We have great tools for recruiting and not afraid to try new ones. The people are easy going and fun to work with. There's a big emphasis on training and improvement.

Typical growing pains of a small agency but nothing that a seasoned recruiter can't handle.

As a contract recruiter, I have worked for Velossent on and off for almost 10 years. I am continuously impressed by the variety of clients on this firm's roster. To date, I have not worked with a client that hasn't been interesting, challenging, fun and an overall positive environment and experience.

I personally haven't experienced any cons.
