I'm really lucky with both my project and the team, including colleagues inside the company and on the client side. The company offers many long-term projects as well as new ones, so there are plenty of opportunities to grow. There are lots of internal online events where you can improve your skills or learn something new. The company covers certification expenses and actively encourages employees to pursue them. Salaries are competitive and above market average
Cons
Compensation is limited to the base salary with no additional perks or paid vacation, but this is communicated clearly upfront and didn’t bother me personally. Occasionally, salary reviews take longer than expected, though this is fairly common across companies.
