About Venatrix:
Their Assessment Centre is a truly valuable experience – for any Graduate who is thinking of working in Sales. Venatrix specialises in identifying Graduate Sales talent, therefore it’s: challenging, interesting and direct. I believe that a Graduate will be able to tell if they would be good in a Sales role or not. That’s why Venatrix is unique. Their AC helps Graduates experience what an actual corporate B2B Sales role will be like. Therefore, further helping Graduates understand if Sales is a career you would like to pursue or will be good at.
Upon the completion of the AC – successful – I was assigned a recruiter; the great Ed Bower.
About Ed Bower:
Immediately after the AC, I had a meeting with Ed – in order to share my aspirations and what I am looking for. However, what really impressed me was Ed’s honesty and direct approach; as well as his desire to truly understand ME; my personality; mindset and goals. In addition, Ed made it clear to me from the very start that I can contact him whenever I want – if I needed his advice or help with my Interview Preparation (including weekends). A great guy and a recruiter!

My overall experience with Venatrix was positive.
I would just have preferred if they were a little bit more challenging during our Presentations and gave us feedback at the end.
