      Pros

      Really Good and Genuine People. GREAT Managemet Team. Challenging work yet not overburdening. Colleagues are driven and hardworking, mostly affable.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunity. Indefinite contractors do not receive paid vacation. Direct Manager Did a Great Job Attempting to Make Up this Disparagement however was not given much to work with as far as benefits compensation. Difficult to keep quality employees after a year or so when it becomes apparent no advancement opportunities are forthcoming.

      Pros

      There are very interesting opporunities and projects to work on. No busywork - all seem fairly meaningful to improve professional growth.

      Cons

      Local site is small, although part of a larger multinational company. Difficult for advancement, although there are potential opporunities for high performers.
