Pros
I started as a prospect manager and was assigned to a calling campaign in California. It took me two weeks to get my first appointment. The owners worked with me and as promised they took me to the next level. I quickly got the hang of it and moved up to account manager fast. I just got out of the military and I had a little experience from a previous IT hardware company. They really know the B2B arena. The time off is generous, benefits are great, and the leaders make work fun.
Cons
They expect you to preform and they cannot keep those that don’t. But hey, that’s how sales is supposed to be.
