Pros
Was once one of the finest companies to work for, great Directors who were clear about what they wanted but laid back also. Unfortunately they did not have a strong enough infrastructure or systems for their new projects, and their clients laid siege with claims for damages
Cons
Haven't won a new major contact since 2012, have less that 50 people left from over 600 in 2013, have closed their workshop, sold their offices to the City Hall and leased back part of it as tenants, have a budget for the year with zero new jobs, closed their Turkey Offices and I think you will find they are trying to slip silently into bankruptcy before their creditors realize.
