      Pros

      The pay is great. The hours are flexible. Small company working on massive and complex projects allows you to be more than just a small part of the equation. I liked my time there. They lost a lot of work due to the oil downturn. I would have liked to still be there otherwise.

      Cons

      There is political things going on all the time. Honestly that is typical though. If you just stay focused on your job and not worry about how others are treated you will do fine.

      Pros

      Opportunities to learn new skills. Excellent support from other departments and leadership. New clients and jobs kept things interesting.

      Cons

      In my case, payment was not in line with industry standards for work preformed.
