      Friendly employees that want the company to succeed despite the lack of leadership.

      Cons

      Poor management at the COO & CEO levels. Mismanagement of finances and poor management that caused a 250 person reduction in just over a year. They fail to conduct meetings of worth.

      Opportunities to learn new skills. Excellent support from other departments and leadership. New clients and jobs kept things interesting.
