      Pros

      Working on a lot of really interesting projects, working with some really bright people, flexible hours, and opportunity to work from almost anywhere. The business itself provides a much needed service and the outlook for the company is very bright. Also, there is a strong emphasis on helping and educating the client which goes a long way.

      Cons

      Remote team makes communication difficult at times.
