Pros
The work is interesting and the people who are in product management roles are smart and great to work with.
Cons
Far too much work for the staff that remained after layoffs to reasonably accomplish. Competing priorities often collide. New executive team has distanced themselves from those who actually do the work, and it is clear there is no help coming. Budgets are cut, but expectations and workloads continue to increase.
