      - Lots of opportunities for exposure to great clients and knowledgeable people - Lovely colleagues who will become friends - Great place to learn and accelerate your career

      Cons

      - Can be chaotic with a lack of direction - You can often find yourself doing a role that doesn't play to your strengths with little support, which is great for learning but can be really stressful

      - Lots of freedom and autonomy - People trusted and encouraged to do what is right for the client and come up with innovative and valuable answers to questions - Always on feedback so employees can share questions, concerns or ideas at any time - Very exciting and high profile clients and projects - No cap on promotions or forced distrubution so people are promoted and rewarded whenever they deserve it - Amazing Consulting Pathways programme for entry level candidates - Growing and investing in people
