      If you like weed its nice

      Cons

      - Management is awful. They do not respect your time when you have worked an 8 hour day, and are expected to work overtime everyday because they didn't manage the team - No communication from management of what is expected day to day, or even long term - No system for training , extremely cold and unwelcoming at start from head manager
