used to be an easy way to earn pin money. UI of website is pretty good.

Terrible pay. And whilst jobs used to be really, really (cannot stress this enough) plentiful, there is suddenly crickets. I can only think that AI has killed the transcription arm of this company. They don't care, they have an AI arm... Oh, they used to be called Take Note and got bought out. It seems like gradually they canned the lovely staff who you used to get on help chat.
