      Remuneration package competitive. Lots of flexibility. Role has a very broad scope of responsibilities.

      Cons

      Direction of business unclear. Senior leadership uninspiring and rare to receive clear business communications. Career progression bottlenecks beyond Finance Manager level. Lack of culture mainly due to the above and complete remote working. Poor quality of supporting accounting staff in central hub.
