Engineering mindset is great and humble. Ideas over egos. Though sometimes that also leads to some over-engineering including in operations, sales, product design, etc.

after 3 years here: - super transparent org - super smart people - everyone is a decision-maker - you decide what you want to work on - you can influence the company vision - lots of challenging work - great place for junior devs to learn a lot - unlimited PTO, and people actually use it - lots of healthy food

- it is hard to make decisions in this org - we seek to make the planet more sustainable through analysis and control of building electricals, but very few building owners will allow you to take control of their building - not much mentorship. especially once you are an experienced dev
