Pros

Only advantage is the location. PGs & cafés are nearby, like Baani Square and M3M IFC, so commute and after-office options are convenient.

Cons

This is honestly the worst company I am currently associated with. The organisation works more like a family business than a professional company. The founder is very self-focused, and most decisions are taken based on family connections, not on skills or performance. Nepotism is very common here. Family members join the company and grow very fast, even when their interviews are not good. They get selected quickly and are offered better salary packages. On the other hand, regular employees go through 2–3 months of interviews, tests, and multiple rounds, but still get lower pay. Rules are strict for outsiders, but not for family members. With time, these family members become decision-makers, even though they do not have enough experience. This happens only because they are related to the founder. Hard work, performance, and skills are not valued properly. There is no HR in the organisation. Employees do not have anyone to talk to about their problems. Most issues are ignored and never resolved. Salary delays have been happening since 2023. Earlier, some unclear reasons were given, but now there is no communication at all. Management does not talk about salary delays or yearly increments, but they do make personal comments if work is not completed as expected. Many people are leaving the company, but no new hires are made, which increases workload and stress for existing employees. Leaving the company is also not smooth. People often face negative and hostile behaviour from the founder, which creates a toxic and fear-based work environment. Overall, this company lacks: Professional management Fair hiring and growth opportunities Salary clarity Proper HR support Basic respect for employees I would not recommend this organisation to anyone who is looking for fairness, job stability, or a healthy work culture.
