Pros

Very diverse environment spanning multiple customers. Management was great, and the teams were close knit. Office culture wasn't quite start-up, and was not corporate-like. Somewhere in between.

Cons

On call duties were hectic. Expect 12-16 hour work days when on-call. The main problem with the on-call rotation when I was there, was that the team lead would often schedule patch installs, and other maintainence duties while also being on call.
