      Pros

      Incredible learning curve. Constantly evolved my technical skillsets by commissioning, building, modifying, operating and maintaining all machinery.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership at the executive level led to the company being sold for pennies on the dollar.

      Pros

      - Everyone looked out for one another to maintain a strong team. - Communication was on-going keeping everyone on the same page. - Constant improvement was everyone's goal with all suggestions considered. - Human errors were addressed with support, education, and training.

      Cons

      - Transitioning to more qualified leadership on a director level happened to late. - Effort to repurpose waste product did not exist. - Management of waste product was very poor.

      This is a start-up so the work can be a little demanding but the investment is well worth the effort!
